This stunning 240 square foot tiny house is brand new and listed for sale in Seattle, WA. Constructed by the professionals who build tiny houses for HGTV, this modular house is designed to utilize every bit of space possible within the home, and it does so perfectly.
Isn’t this kitchen amazing? This is one of the most beautiful kitchens I have seen yet in a tiny house. It features a stove with a pasta arm above, dark granite countertops, a pantry drawer, instant hot water and a water filter in the sink faucet, and a stainless steel apartment sized fridge. I absolutely love the little window over the sink and the shelf space above. And how about that brick tiling on the walls? Love!
A butcher’s block bar/table across from the couch in the living area can be folded up to reveal a 50 inch television. Off the main room sits a cozy office area that can be closed off with a barn door for privacy.
A small closet holds a washer/dryer combo and the full bathroom comes finished with a shower and waterless composting toilet.
The loft bedroom is accessible by a ladder and is spacious enough to fit a king sized mattress. The loft also features built-in ceiling speakers and several windows for light, including a large skylight that can be opened up for air flow or star gazing. The floors throughout the home are gorgeous natural bamboo. While I always like the natural-colored wood-paneled walls in a tiny houses, I love that the walls throughout this home are white, as they make the space more open, bright, and airy.
